Terms and Conditions
Atlanta Drilling Investments (ADI) is in the business of Borehole drilling, Borehole Repairs, Borehole Installations, Solar Borehole Installations and Borehole Maintenance. This festive season ADI is offering to drill 5 boreholes FOR FREE to the following:
- Orphanage,
- Church or
- School or
- Charity organization.
The offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Four (4) Customers can combine together to form a team and get their boreholes drilled by Atlanta Drilling at agreed commercial rates.
- The team qualifies to have a 5th borehole drilled at a church, orphanage or school of their own choice. This also applies to single customers who may want to drill 4 boreholes and get a free fifth borehole drilled.
- The four paid for boreholes should be paid for and drilled within 60 days
- The 5th free borehole shall only be drilled after the four boreholes have been paid for.
- The free borehole shall be a 40m borehole and if required to go beyond 40m the extra meters shall be paid for at agreed commercial rates.
- The free borehole is a standard borehole cased using Single casing of PVC Class 6. If ground formation is weak and the borehole requires double casing or change of casing class to Class 9 or 10 – this will be provided for at an additional commercial fee
- The free borehole should at least be within a 40km radius of one of the four paid for boreholes, if the drilling site is beyond the 40km radius mileage will be charged at a cost of usd2.50 - 3 per km one way depending on the state of the roads.
- In the event of an unclear understanding, dispute on interpretation of the Terms and conditions, the position taken by ADI shall be regarded as final.
